Increase your donation to NDCS at no extra cost
The NDCS can claim the tax back on your donations. This is worth an extra 25p for every £1 you donate without any further cost to you or your sponsor. In order for the NDCS to claim Gift Aid you must pay income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax we can reclaim on your donations. Please note two important facts about Gift Aid

  • We are unable to claim Gift Aid if the donation is directly from a company, and not an individual or if the sponsor is connected* to the donor.
    * A connected person is: A relative, wife or husband of a relative, a company under the control of the donor.
  • Gift Aid is a benefit of 25% of offered by the government to the charity and therefore cannot be added to your account balance.
