Briefing
Please find attached the presentation given by the Tour Manager for you to have a look at. Important things that were mentioned were that it is advisable for women especially to cover their shoulders whilst cycling and the tops of their legs. If you have already bought cycling shorts you can wear longer shorts or cropped trousers over the top of these. A group visa will be issued on arrival in Egypt at a cost of £15 each. You will have to cover the cost of the visa but not the airport tax. Classic Tours will be invoicing NDCS for the cost of the airport tax.

Room Preferences
If you will be taking part in the event with a friend or family member and would like to share a room with them whilst in Egypt, Contact Becca and we'll do our best to arrange this for you. Please remember that accommodation is arranged on single sex basis and whilst we will try to arrange for you to share a room with your partner, this will not always be possible.
