Medical and diet
There will be an English speaking doctor on each event who will set up a clinic on the boat each evening to deal with any ailments.
It is advisable to be up to date with the following: Hepatitis A and B, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio and Typhoid. However we strongly recommend that all participants consult their doctor for professional medical advice as recommendations do change, so please see your doctor for full information.
