Adidas Women's 5K Challenge

This is a fantastic 5k event for women and girls of all ages and abilities who want to start running or who just want to soak up the fantastic atmosphere on the day.

Come and join the thousands of women who face this 5k challenge by running or walking in this hugely popular event that takes place in London's iconic Hyde Park.

When you join our NDCS running team you will receive:

  • A dedicated contact who will give you help and support with your fundraising and training leading up to the event
  • Contact with experienced staff who have been there and done it so we can share our experiences with you
