Training Weekends

Weekend Training Trips
Training for your challenge can get a little a little repetitive at times, especially if you find yourself walking or cycling the same route every time you go out training. A great way to fit some good training in is to go away on a training weekend with friends, family or fellow challenge participants. Training for five or six hours over two consecutive days is a really good way to prepare yourself for your challenge, and some new scenery can be great inspiration to get out there in the fist place.

Have a look at the following website for some great walking and cycling routes all over the UK and organise a weekend away that will get you on the right track for your challenge.
