It brought together people who would not have come together under most normal circumstances, the spirit generated by the end was fantastic. For those of us who finished, to see the enthusiasm of those who had suffered so much on the first day as they came to meet us at the finish was quite moving. The other amazing thing is that this spirit has lasted long after the challenge has finished. We now have a common bond and have shared common experiences. This can only be good for how we run our business in future.
Jeremy Horner, Darlington Building Society, 24 Peaks Challenge 2005
My favourite thing about the challenge was the team spirit and the fantastic scenery. We did not know each other before the event and due to the leadership and prganisation beforehand and on the day, we started and finished together, encouraging each other all the way. I will definitely recommend NDCS Challenges to my colleagues to undertake next year.
Cherrie Carter, Royal Bank of Scotland, 24 Peaks Challenge 2005
I got to know some of my colleagues much better than I did already and it has created a lasting bond between us. I would like to do the same next year and beat 24 hours!
Martin Chapman, Freedom Finance, 24 Peaks Challenge 2005
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the weekend. Everyone in our team enjoyed the experience immensely. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to your staff for all their help. I would be interested in doing it next year so we could have another crack at doing it in the 24 hours!
Chris Pascoe, Direct Financial Planning, 24 Peaks Challenge 2005
I enjoyed it so much and I can't wait for next year! Jane, Paul and I will definitely be competing again!
